Refund policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

We do not allow cancellation of orders once they are submitted, due to sanitary reasons we do not accept returns. We also do not issue any refunds under no circumstances UNLESS we are at fault (sent a defective/ wrong outfit). 
 
Processing Policy:

The processing period for orders take 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) for our ON HAND clothes and 1-3 weeks for PREORDERS. Orders are rarely yet possible to be delayed. Shipping is an additional 3 business days. ( Make sure to read the descriptions to know if your purchasing an preorder or on hand item ) 

When ordering during a sale/ sale marked items there may be a slight delay in your order please keep this in mind. 

Please order atleast 3-4 weeks prior your event/ trip if your ordering for a specific occasion to insure delivery when ordering something preorder. 

Address changes:

Any address changes can be made anytime before your order ships. Once your order is shipped we cannot change your address.
